I need my DETAILED final Bill so I can get my credit from another carrier. I have tried the Disconnected Account Page, which only takes phone numbers. I used the Pay my Final Bill and that is just a payment portal and doesn't provide a bill. My Verizon only shows my FIOS, not my wireless and there are NO Bills. How do I get my DETAILED Final Bill? The phone rep can't email it to me nor text it and I already waited the week expecting a DETAILED Bill and just got a total due.
