I tried to log into verizon account to see if my phone is unlock and can't get log in to (need the info in order to switch to different carrier)
Called three different representatives to help me with, which they were very nice to try to help.
The last person told me the option to about how I can get my number transfer PIN by dial #PORT, but to my surprise it does not work at all.
Please need help.
