I am trying to help a client that has a Samsung 16. This phone is one that is a government issued phone for low income people. The provider is Verizon, the phone is no longer connected to a network. It was connected for 2 months but out of now where it is no longer connected. She is unable to make or receive calls or texts. I have taken it to Verizon, the 5G is grayed out. They tried to problem solve but couldn't, they said I need to contact LifeLine. I have contacted the Lifeline support center who state that I need to get in touch with Verizon. Verizon can't help her because she can't get a text message to verify and the 2 emails that she has are not connected to the account. Help!!!!
