I signed up for 5G wifi and one of the promos I was supposed to get was a $200 Verizon gift card. I never got it. I called and spent an hour on the phone with support. They escalated my issue and said I’d hear back in three days. It’s been 6 days.
Looking on the forums, this looks like a very common issue. I’ve been a Verizon member for over 15 years. I’d be sad to have to look at other options for wifi because Verizon is not delivering what they promised.
