We need an option to make calls go straight to voicemail except certain contacts. I can already choose the contacts that I don't want to go to voicemail, but there is no option on my Samsung Android to set the number of rings before calls go to voicemail, and no option to just send all calls except certain contacts to voicemail immediately.
I have been getting robocalls and spam calls repeatedly, sometimes 10 or 12 in a row, one after another immediately. They tie up my phone, I can't do anything on the phone until the caller either hangs up or the call goes to voicemail, and it can be 10 or more rings before it goes to voicemail. This is unacceptable, I have a business to run.
How hard can this be for Verizon? This should be a simple option on our phones, or to establish at the Verizon level through our accounts. If it's important to the customer it should be important to Verizon. If you can't figure it out, try AI, I'll bet it could tell your techs how to set that up.
