I went to Walmart with my family when a Verizon agent asked us if we wanted a free phone, I asked him several times if it was really free and I don't have to pay. He answered yes and also said after 30 days, I can switch to any network of my choice since i don’t want to use Verizon. I agreed and everything went well.
To my surprise, I started getting emails and texts from Verizon saying I’ve got bills to pay. Bills for a free phone? I don’t understand this.
