Why do I have a buyout charge out for 2/5 lines on my account ?
We know how important it is to have a full understanding of your billing. If there were any recent changes to the account such as an upgrade, lines leaving the account, or plan changes, a buy out charge can be initiated. We'll be sending a Private Message to go over things in more detail.
