how to get Amazon gift card on my Verizon??

Hi,

I purchased 5G Home on 9/22, and I received a Amazon Gift Card Rebate on purchase receipt. It shows that I have to redeem the card on App., but I did not have the promote code and could not find the tab even I tried to follow some suggestion on discussions sections.

Could someone assist with the issue? Thank you!

Talk to live chat and they will assist you. They helped me process the request then i just had to wait out the terms before it was given to me

Congrats on the new 5G Home Internet, lin_w. I know that I wouldn't want to leave any promotions behind when starting a new service. It sounds like you've already checked online, but just in case, here is where to find those rebates;

My Verizon Online (website):

1. Access the rebate from My Notifications or by navigating to My Orders > Rebates.

2. Review the information and click Submit.

My Verizon App:

1. Access rebate forms through My Notifications > In App Alerts or Shop > Orders > Rebates.

2. Review the information and click Submit.
