I traded the phones in last year in person. I have a receipt showing a trade in happened and was charged. For the last year, I have been overpaying and every promo correction I have filled out has done nothing. I have been getting wronged and will definitely make sure I changed the service provider when I have the opportunity to. I have spoke to multiple reps and still got no help and instead was hung up on. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I have been patient waiting multiple billing cycles but instead the bills fluctuates and goes up out of nowhere. Nobody has reached out or fixed this issue. This is ridiculous!
