I have spend numerous HOURS getting our phones activated. I was told by an agent we wouldn't be charged for that, yet our bill showed the charge along with all of these other Surcharges. I called in and was told they would credit us a total of $180 on our bill (removing the activation charges and associated surcharges). Gave them five days and just looked at my bill again. NO CHANGE of getting credited the $180. Instead, they duplicated the activation fees and made an adjustment ON THE ACTIVATION FEES THEY ADDED!!!! Seriously??? Who do I talk to that can actually do what has been told will happen??? I've spent too much time on this!!!
