I was dealing with Caroline who works out of the Verizon store in Reston at Spectrum Center. I wish to commend her for outstanding performance in helping me to get onboard with my new 17 Pro. Previously with AT&T, I was so happy that she was helping me. She even helped me to transfer all my data from my old phone. Caroline, good job girl you rock!
