My billing is completely wrong and I’m being charged for items I do not have and never have had. Every time I call into customer service they tell me that they can see the problem and they need to transfer me “to the right person.” I wait on hold each time approximately 45 minutes to have the call dropped by Verizon and never get any help.
I have been a customer for 11 years. Is there any way to speak to an American customer service agent?
