My LTE network extender is stuck on connecting to SeGW server. I tried factory reset, restart modem, all the recommended steps and nothing helps. The device was working until unplugged 2 days ago and has not connected since.
If none of the troubleshooting steps listed elsewhere for the extender are working, then I think the extender has failed. Is this one of the newer Askey extenders? From what I've read elsewhere in the forums, these extenders seem less reliable than the older Samsung ones. You may still be able to request a Samsung extender.
