I have been a customer of Verizon for 24 years. I upgraded my family to iPhone 17’s and what an absolute hassle it has been! Somehow when we were transferring our data from old phone to new phone it deleted our cellular data! I tried calling customer service on the one phone that still worked but they were unable to fix it, so I had to take it to a corporate store because the local authorized dealer had no idea how to fix it either. Luckily, I had a very helpful representative at the corporate store and she fixed things easily. Then, my one son who had not activated his new phone yet due to being at college told me his phone was in SOS mode. I had to call customer service yet again to figure out what was going on. Evido, they “pre-activated “ his new phone. It hasn’t even been taken out of the box yet. So, several days of no data, on multiple phones, lots of time trying to figure all of this out and no compensation. Again, I have been a customer for 24 years.
