I placed an order last month for home internet and had a was told everybody that's two hundred dollar Verizon gift card I would receive. I still haven't and I've called five times trying to figure it out. I placed another order and the same thing happened. If I could please get the promo code or help on receiving both of my gift cards that I was expecting that would be great. I'm highly upset that my experience has been this. I feel that I'm being overlooked and dismissed. Any help?
