Needing help with the $200 dollar promotion when adding a new line and new phone on an unlimited plan.

I recently added my brother onto our family plan, moving his phone number from his previous carrier. We added the iPhone 17 pro max with an unlimited ultimate plan to the number. He recently got an email saying that the promotion for a $200 gift card when switching to Verizon and adding a new line on myPlan was Invalid and the reasoning was that the line associated was disconnected. I'm wondering if there was an error and if I could get any help.

We would love to help. What was this gift card for? We normally only email the email address on file. was he getting another promotion for the iPhone 17?

So he did use his own personal email to retrieve the information. It also claims it could be combined with other promotions, but he did use the promotion where he would get the Apple Watch 11 and iPhone 17 Pro if he added a cellular line for the watch and ultimate plan for the phone. He got the iPhone 17 Pro Max and the Apple watch 11 LTE. Just some bonus info but he traded in his iPhone 14 Pro for credit towards the 17 Pro Max.

Was there a tracking number associated to his rebate? After the initial submission, it is provided to the customer. We can take a look at the process to see what caused this issue and correct it so he can still get his $200 gift card.

Yes sorry, it didn't allow me to post it the first time. It's 1088 then **** and ends in 69. Sorry i had to space it out like that. But it should also be for the phone number ending in 5715 on my account.
