I also have been on the look out for the Amazon rebate promotion. When we moved and I was updating our internet I was told that I would receive and email with the Amazon gift card/rebate. I did receive an email for a Best Buy Samsung TV promo but never received the Amazon promo. I called got the same run around answer everyone else seems to be getting. I’m glad to see others are having the same issue, I really thought I was losing my mind when they told me there was no promotion and the last Amazon promo was in march. Was anyone able to get support?
