I recently added my brother onto our family plan, moving his phone number from his previous carrier. He added the iPhone 17 pro max with an unlimited ultimate plan to the number. He recently got an email saying that the promotion for a $200 was Invalid and the reasoning was that the line associated was disconnected. I'm wondering if there was an error and if I could get any help? Just some extra info, he did use his personal email to retrieve the information regarding the status of the rebate. He also used a promo where he could get credit towards the 17 Pro Max by trading in his older iPhone and the Apple Watch 11 LTE for free by adding a line for that as well.
