I have had it. I forgot to set up payment and now services are discontinued. I set up a payment on the app for when I get paid next week. However, still no service. I tried calling off a different line, and still blocked by “minimum payment due”. So, I can’t talk to a person now and see what we can do? I read hear how to try, and still no help. Verizon, I hate to say it, but I feel like you don’t care one bit about customers.
