I ordered a new phone and added a line on Oct 4th. It was being sent to wrong address so it was cancelled and I ordered another. I have paid $245 and still no phone. I have been on the phone for hours over SEVERAL DAYS and no one can tell me what is going on. I have been a customer for many years. Verizon can’t even tell me what’s going on! I now am taking my business elsewhere because they took my money and can’t explain to me what is going on after weeks.
