I have been having issues with my Verizon home internet. Twice I have toldthat my order was set to be shipped. The first time was from October 7th to October 17th before I had to call. The second time it I gotten a verbal confirmation it was sent. Today I checked and the Order Number doesnt exist. If something doesnt get done and i dont get a new Home Internet box I am going to have to drop my internet service of 7 years.
