A new telephone pole was installed on my residential property by the electric company. They have completed their work but the pole also contained Comcast wires and Verizon wires that they wouldn't touch.
I contacted Comcast and they responded quickly moving their wires over to the new pole within a few days. I contacted Verizon to have them move their wires over to the new pole. Twice now they sent out a “Technician “ who quickly points out …this isn’t me, you need the “construction group”. I said they knew exactly what needed to be done, I even texted pics of the poles, as they requested and now it’s like Groundhog Day…same thing over and over. I gave Russell my ticket number today(##########) and he said he would pass that along to the Construction Department (like the last guy told me). He said there is NO phone number, you(the customer) cannot call them directly, it comes from us.
I said I have a feeling we’ll be looking at this into 2026.
I can't seem to get Verizon to act.
