I’ve been on hold for over four hours today trying to resolve an issue with my phone line. When someone finally answered, the call was disconnected—and now my phone number, which I use for work-related purposes, has been deactivated due to an error made by the first representative I spoke with.
I immediately called back, but I was placed at the end of the queue again, and the automated message indicates longer-than-normal wait times. I’ve now spent the entire day attempting to reach support without resolution. This situation is unacceptable and is directly impacting my ability to work.
Please escalate this matter and have someone contact me as soon as possible to restore my phone number and service.
