I move my service from TMO to VZ on October 1, 2025. I received and used a promotion for 1000 to be credited to the purchase of a new phone. The store told me it was valid and applied and did not show the credit yet. After multiple plus 1 hour calls to customer service they are saying the promotion was not valid.
T-mobile has its issues, but they never mis-lead me on a 1000 promotion.
Customer service offered me the generous offer of returning my phone.
Verizon is a different company now.
