I contacted customer service and waited almost an hour on the phone and all they did was re-direct me back to the link that doesn't work. I am trying to print 3 months worth of bills to include amount owed on my device. This is unacceptable, there's a reason why I left Verizon. This type of issue doesn't make me want to ever switch back. Your customer service is horrible! Do not direct people to a link that doesn't work.
Fix the link or allow customer service personnel access to our past bills so that they can email them to us!
