Residential Wires

I believe I have outside unused Verizon wires going across my backyard. I live in Philadelphia Pennsylvania so is an urban neighborhood with connected row homes in an alley in back. Vines and tree limbs have started intertwining in the wiring. Heavy snow is going to weigh on the wires in the winter. Who do I contact for assistance since I don't want to handle the wires.

We can address Verizon lines not being used. They can be removed if the Tree and Vines are not a problem for our techs when removing aerial lines. If they are you may need to contact your local government to have trees/vines removed.
