I’ve set a number to be blocked on Childs phone… but calls are still coming in and out! How can it permanently be blocked. Verizon Family isn’t allowing me to log in! This is all so complicated!
Is it possible your child disabled or removed the Verizon Family app from their phone? I read of a case previously where someone else's teenager managed to do that and also installed a VPN to circumvent their parents monitoring whatever they were doing on their phone.
