The Verizon chat is a huge nightmare! I am trying to contact someone, and it keeps taking me in circles. I am switching over to Verizon, and two of the three transfer numbers are still pending. It says wrong pin, but I am unsure why. I can't call, so I am trying to chat, and I am getting nowhere. Why does it say wrong pin when one of the phones is eligible to transfer from the same exact account and PIN?
