Got shipped an empty box

Question

I ordered a pair of META ray bans from the Verizon store and the box was empty tried to make a claim with fed ex as my ring camera clearly shows the box was tampered with, I never signed for the package but the delivery man scribbled a line so I tried contacting Verizon for help and all I get is shuffled around from one person to the next and no one can help. Fed ex told me that Verizon needs to initiate the claim but  Verizon states they will not not do so and I am now out the glasss and $400.00

Assuming you placed the order online, have you tried contacting Internet Order Support: 866-338-7390?  I'd provide as much evidence as possible showing the glasses were stolen and file a police report.  Maybe the cops can get some fingerprints from the package.  If all else fails, dispute the charge with your bank.
