International calling - not working

I’m in India and have the “Unlimited Unlimited” plan. I’m using a Samsung S25 Ultra.
However, I’m unable to make calls to US numbers or Indian numbers, and I also can’t receive calls from either the US or India.
I’ve already spent an hour with tech support—twice—but still no luck.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a fix for it?

Has any Verizon customer experienced issues while outside the USA with the “Unlimited Unlimited” plan, such as being unable to make or receive phone calls from USA?
