Was told today that I would receive my full refund for what I paid for a certified pre-owned iPhone 15 pro Max and a Apple ultra to watch certified pre-owned also well they haven't gave me my refund I paid on October 3rd of 2025 it's now October 25th 2025 and they also said that they would go ahead and send the phone and the watch overnight plus give me the refund for their mistakes but now no one acts like they know anything that's going on this is really good and frustrating I'm about to get on to the arbitration right now and also I'll be sending a screenshots all over social media with at Verizon and just to see how Verizon customers probably are getting done themselves but all they had to do was just give my refund and do the right thing and give me what I paid for but no they want to do this that and the other so now the whole world's going to know
