Amazon gift card rebate

I signed up for Home Internet service in August and was offered both free NFL Sunday Ticket and a $200 Amazon gift card. I was able to immediately redeem the Sunday Ticket offer. I submitted the rebate for the Amazon card on August 16 and it said it was estimated to be processed on September 30, however there has been no update on the status nearly a month after it was supposed to be processed.. Why is nothing updating or moving forward in the process?
