Not sure what to do at this point. Two weeks ordered an upgraded phone. Order form said I picked it up at the store, I did not, however, receipt says it was being shipped, it has not. I have talked to Verizon three different times, plus, texting. Finally decided to cancel the order and request all charges be reimbursed. Still nothing from Verizon-no phone, no cancellation, no reimbursement. Any suggestions?
