For a few days now, my internet connection has suffered on stability. Originally, there was a disruption of service detected via Network Status which was supposedly resolved. However, when I use the troubleshoot option, it tells me otherwise as seen below. The estimated restoration time and date keeps changing.
To make sure it hasn't been my end, I've restarted my router physically, over the app, and even through network settings website but to no avail. Therefore, I know it's Verizon's end. What is really going on? To be having these issues 3 months after receiving my 5G Home Internet device is supremely frustrating!
