How do I go about reporting an employee who was extremely rude and condescending throughout the experience?
I then drove to another location (apparently more official). In stark contrast, the representative there was extremely helpful, and even enthusiastic, in discussing the savings math for the various options with me - including more unconventional plans of action to help get me through to the Black Friday deals (my phone's battery was suddenly dying constantly at high battery percentages, and I needed a new one asap).
I have more details regarding the experience at the first location that I wish to share privately (name, location, specific examples, etc). Who can I speak to about this? Not looking to get anyone fired - but someone who treats customers this way needs significant additional training in customer relations. I want to help ensure that others do not experience the same issues I did.
