Never had a problem except the last few months, maybe longer. I play online games at night, go from 900+ download/upload to getting lagged out of a server and then switches to 25/50 download upload for like 3 hours at night time.
Makes no sense. My wifi usually goes around 500+. I try to run speedtest on my mobile phone immediately after it starts happening and get the same numbers below 50 download speed. It's really frustrating since I have multiple other connections in the household to the router. Never a problem during the morning or day time. Keep hearing people with the same issues but no one has posted a resolution.
Anyone figure out if it's a Router firmware upgrade or something of the sort? It's pathetic I built a $5,000 gaming PC/setup to play online and can't even enjoy it anymore. Hope someone can assist. Here's a picture below of it happening again 30 mins ago.
