I was promised a refund and still have not yet to receive it . Even got confirmation that it was sent to my bank and being processed . Now I’ve been on the phone with Verizon for 2 hours on hold ! I’ve been given a run around . I was literally misled last week . I was promised a refund was processed but apparently it was never approved . Now two hours later I’m still sitting here on the phone waiting for a supervisor .
