$200 verizon giftcard rebate issue

I was promised a $200 Verizon gift card rebate and a $200 Amazon gift card, if I signed up for 5G home internet. I received the Amazon gift card with no issues. The Verizon one has been a nightmare to get. I have had 3 different customer service reps try to help me, but no one has been able to successfully get it processed. Any advice on what to do now? Should I keep trying the customer service team in hopes that someone gets it corrected? I feel pretty hopeless right now.

Hi Maria.. my purchase date is 08/22/2025. It said I qualified for a $200 Amazon gift card and a $200 Verizon Wireless gift card. I only received the confirmation email regarding the Amazon gift card. I never got anything about the Verizon gift card. I have had 3 different customer service people help. The first 2 times, they supplied me with a redemption code, after submitting it, I would get an alert telling me it is invalid. The third time, they supplied me with a code and when I went to put it in, it said it was outside of the promotion time frame. I was told to call the rebate place directly. I did that, and that person could not help me. This is very frustrating.

Maria. I just got an email telling me my rebate was rejected, so I’m again, back at square 1.
