We recently moved our small business phones to a consumer account. Verizon moved the numbers, but failed to take one phone off the business account (which was closed) and it continued to get billed on both accounts. They automatically withdrew money from our bank. Now it also says we have a second larger bill. I have been on the phone with Verizon both on customer and business side for 12+ hours. 8 customer service reps have assured me this issue was resolved. It has not been, as I just received another bill.
I'm at a loss.
