All I can say is after 30 years as a customer, I once again am questioning the billing practices of this so-called provider. After one successful chat where I thought I had done everything needed to make a purchase, I was told a rep would contact me the next morning to confirm the purchase and help in elminating the $40 activation fee since I had been such a loyal customer for over 30 years. Next morning, after at least 4 transfers, two different quotes that never matched the information that luckily I had screenshot, I am hung up on. So now, I have no equipment to show for the 2 hours in time wasted, blood pressure higher than ever, and total disenchantment with this company. I firmly believe their pricing is flexible depending on how the negotiations unfold. When the government comes off shut down, I will do as promised and contact the FTC for very QUESTIONABLE PRACTICES.
