Please help. I need to make a property damage claim. A Verizon field worker damaged my property while working at my neighbor’s. I’ve tried calling the 1-800 number numerous times and get nowhere. I have video footage proof and even a text message from the tech, reaching out to me telling me he damaged my property. How can I get this taken care of?
