My verizon dollars keep disappearing. Each month, my bill gets auto paid using my verizon dollars and my verizon dollars balance goes to $0, even though there should still be a surplus of verizon dollars left after the bill is paid. I have contacted Verizon, who sent me to the Visa, who sent me back to Verizon. Last month I was issued a refund in writing which never appeared in my account. This month, I took screenshots the day before my bill was autopaid. I should have $132 Verizon Dollars and it is at $0. Any advice on how to resolve? Calling and chatting gets me nowhere.
