Cant call or connect, cant log in

I bought a Samsung a15. Old phone is completely dead. Can't connect to the network, can't login to my account even though I reset the password. Says I have to wait a day. A million codes have been sent to my number that I cant do anything with because I cant connect. I just wish someone would help me but I cant get any help without a connection. I'm so lost. Verizon isn't worth the cost or the headache

Did you confirm the phone was compatible with the Verizon Wireless network prior purchasing?

The A15 ought to work with Verizon, unless it's locked to another provider, in which case you would have to contact that other carrier to unlock the phone or else return the phone to the seller. If you put your old SIM card from the broken phone into the A15, moving a SIM card around is no longer supported and may even "break" the new phone. I would go to a corporate (not a 3rd party one, because the 3rd party stores may or may not stock SIM cards and/or might charge you for one) Verizon store, where replacement SIM cards are free.

Someone posted in the forums a few months ago about prepaid customers always having to visit a Verizon store to get a device changed out on prepaid service because otherwise the new device just doesn't want to work for some reason. ☹️
