I have a business plan and called about the horrible service I have. I was told I would be sent an extender when they were available on November 15. I never received it so I called back in December and was told they didn't know what I was talking about. They said they would priority ship it and I would have it by the next week. It never arrived. I called back and they said there was a glitch in processing and that it would go through now and I would have it the next week. It never arrived. I called back and was told the zip code was entered incorrectly but now it would arrive in 2 days. I even received an email saying it had been ordered. I called back last week and the man said there is no record of any wifi extender being ordered for me. I gave him every confirmation number that I was given each time I called and he said that those numbers meant nothing. So he said he would call me back 2 days ago to get the extender sent to me and of course he didn't. I am beyond frustrated. What do I do?
