I work at school. We have 2 ISP Comcast primary and Verizon secondary connection. We have it setup that throughput is being used equally by both ISP. While Comcast never has any issues but Verizon when being used goes thru alot of high latency issues. We talked to Verizon before and they advised do basic things like reboot router and they have rebooted ONT on there end. They advised everything fine on there end but does not seem like it is. I checked with our network admin who setup our wireless network that ISP is connected to and he verified everything is fine on his end. Is there any way we can fix this issue?
