Hello, i have a prepaid account that i reload with a prepaid phone card when needed. In the past month or so i can't log in anymore to my account with app or web, seems like my number is not in the syetem.
Went twice to Verizon stores but they did confirm the problem but could not fix, they told me to to call them wich i tried many time with being able to talk to an agent.
Any possible solution? Till now only thing is going to a store and reload it there, but i can't log in and check my accounts, of course i did register but it does recognise my number or credentials.
