Over the last 12 years, I’ve had several issues with the Fios green boxes on the lawn overflowing with water and causing a hazard. They claim to fix the problem but it’s never permanent. A few years later and it happens again. Recently, this has been happening again. It’s impossible to get in touch with the correct department at Verizon. I’ve notified my township of the issue to help. We are in the middle of winter and it’s causing a huge safety hazard. I need someone at Verizon to fix this problem permanently already.
