Here I go again having to use this forum to complain. I am again being charged an additional $12.00 a month for an extender that was part of the perks offered for signing in July 2025. I have already complained when the extender was sent to the wrong address and Verizon failed to follow up with UPS to retrieve it. They claimed I received it when there is documentation and address where it was delivered. After complaining Verizon Fios corrected and resolved the issue back on September 2025. BUT misteriously the charge are appearing again for the last three months. Why? Charging additional $ to the monthly bill without authorization is a violation of the terms of contract I signed.
