My boss and his wife moved to their new apartment in May of 2025, at which point we migrated their landline numbers and closed out their old account. We were told they would receive one final bill, then the billing to the old apartment would stop. However, they still continue to receive monthly bills to the old apartment. We've called numerous times to try and fix the issue, and we are told that its taken care of, only to then receive another bill (via mail forwarding) the following month. We've even sent letters via FedEx and Certified Mail but to no avail. Can you please help?
