Hi everyone,
I’m facing a strange network-related issue with my website and hoping someone here can shed some light on it. My site loads normally on other internet connections (local ISPs, mobile data, VPNs), but when accessed through a Verizon network, it appears to be completely blocked or times out. There are no recent changes to the domain, hosting provider, or SSL configuration that I’m aware of.
From the troubleshooting I’ve done so far, the server is up and responding correctly, DNS records are properly configured, and there are no IP blocks or country-level restrictions set on the hosting firewall. However, users on Verizon consistently report that the site won’t load, which makes me wonder if it’s being filtered, flagged, or blocked somewhere at the network or DNS level.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue where a website is inaccessible only on Verizon? Could this be related to Verizon DNS caching, security filtering, or an automated blocklist? I’d appreciate any guidance on how to diagnose this further or the best way to request a review/unblock if Verizon is restricting access unintentionally.
Thanks in advance for any help or direction you can provide!
